What You Will Do
- Plant, fertilize, cultivate, and harvest crops across multiple farm locations
- Prune and thin plants to keep them healthy and productive
- Examine farm produce for quality and prepare it for sale
Who Can Apply
This job is open to workers from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, India, the Philippines, and other countries. You do not need a university degree. You need:
- Willingness to do physical outdoor work
- Ability to follow farm safety rules

Salary & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $17.85 per hour (Canadian dollars)
- Vacation Pay: 4% of your gross salary

Canada’s minimum wage varies by province, but this rate meets or exceeds most areas. You will earn money while gaining Canadian farm experience.

These farms are all in the same area, about 45 minutes east of Vancouver.
