Job Requirements
To be considered for the role, you’ll need to have:
- Strong mechanical and maintenance skills
- Welding and fabrication experience (an advantage)

Responsibilities
As the Farm Maintenance & Machinery Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
- Machinery & Workshop Maintenance: Servicing, repairing, and maintaining farm machinery, including tractors, diggers, side-by-sides, and feed-out equipment. You’ll also manage the workshop and yard.
- Farm Infrastructure: Maintaining tracks, culverts, water tanks, and troughs.
- Machinery Operation: Assisting with seasonal work such as cultivation, feeding out, and feed conservation using various implements.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Promoting best practices and ensuring safe machinery and equipment use across the farm.
