What You Will Do
- Oversee daily farm operations at our greenhouse and outdoor production areas, managing workers and ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Monitor crop health, quality, and harvest schedules for cut flowers and ornamental plants
- Report to management and help solve problems that come up on the farm
