Bergen Farms Ltd is hiring farm workers for their Qualicum Beach location in Canada. This is a permanent job with visa sponsorship to help you work and live in Canada.
What You Will Do
- Prepare soil, plant seeds, and harvest crops including fruits and vegetables
- Sort, weigh, and pack produce at the farm, ensuring quality standards are met
- Load and unload crates and farm supplies, keeping the farm organized and running smoothly

This job is open to workers from Africa and Asia, including Nigerians, Ghanaians, Kenyans, Filipinos, Indians, and others. You do not need a diploma or special certification. The employer welcomes hardworking individuals with farming experience or willingness to learn.
Salary & Benefits
Wage: $18.25 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: 2 years permanent, full-time employment
