Responsibilities

Assist with regular hive inspections and honey extraction.

Help monitor hive health and detect potential diseases.

Participate in hive movements and seasonal management activities.

Maintain and clean beekeeping tools and equipment.

Handle bees safely and follow health and safety protocols.

Perform general yard work and support senior beekeepers as required.
Requirements

Prior beekeeping experience preferred but not essential.

A strong interest in apiculture and eagerness to learn.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Physically fit with no history of back injuries (heavy lifting involved).

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
