Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
Dust furniture and clean surfaces
Vacuum carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
Make beds and change linens where required
Distribute clean towels and toiletries
Stock and organize linen closets
Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances
Clean and disinfect elevators
Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
Clean changing rooms and shower areas
Collect debris and empty trash containers
Handle and report lost and found items
Respond to guests’ requests for additional supplies
Provide basic information about facilities
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally
Maintain cleanliness standards across multiple locations
