Requirements

Responsibilities

• Order supplies and equipment, managing procurement efficiently
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, coordinating daily operations
• Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

• Recruit and hire kitchen staff as needed
• Manage overall kitchen operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality control
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
