Requirements

No degree, certificate, or diploma required
1 year to less than 2 years of construction or labor experience

Comfortable working outdoors and in hazardous environments
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and on-call schedules
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
Assist with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
Level earth and ground surfaces to fine grade specifications
Remove rubble, debris, and waste materials from construction sites
Clean and stack salvaged materials for reuse
Handle and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants when required
Tend to, feed, or assist in operating construction machines and equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support skilled tradespeople and supervisors with daily site tasks
