Farm Maintenance Technician – Lethbridge, AB
Select People Solutions is seeking a Farm Maintenance Technician to support a client’s farm operations in Lethbridge, AB. This role is suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and ensuring farm equipment runs smoothly. Daily responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining farm buildings, tools, and equipment, performing basic machinery repairs, and keeping work areas safe and organized. The technician will also respond to maintenance needs across the farm while following all safety procedures and guidelines.

Location: Lethbridge, Alberta
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends

Requirements

Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Hands-on experience with farm equipment, mechanics, or electrical systems

Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks

Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team

Bonus: Plumbing or electrical trade skills, previous farm equipment experience, strong mechanical aptitude
