Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in concrete placement and finishing
- Knowledge and understanding of civil construction processes and procedures
- Physically fit with ability to perform demanding manual labor
- Safety-conscious with commitment to maintaining high safety standards
- Reliable transportation to access Auckland Airport worksite
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Must pass Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check
- Valid working rights in New Zealand (visa sponsorship not available)
Responsibilities
- Place and finish concrete to precise specifications and quality standards
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with formwork installation and site preparation as required
- Maintain strict quality control and safety standards throughout all work
- Perform general site duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed to support smooth project operations
- Work collaboratively with skilled crews in a fast-paced construction environment
- Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
- Ensure worksite cleanliness and organization
