Requirements

• Trade-qualified Auto Electrician with hands-on experience
• Experience across Heavy Transport, Heavy Mobile Plant, or Agricultural Equipment is ideal (automotive background with willingness to upskill will also be considered)
• Strong diagnostic capabilities and brand knowledge, or eagerness to develop electrical and air conditioning diagnostic repair skills
• Positive, forward-thinking attitude with genuine passion for the industry
• Solid understanding of excellent customer service and how to deliver it consistently
• Team player with proven communication skills at all levels
• Clean record and professional approach

Responsibilities

• Perform auto electrical diagnostics and repairs on various equipment types including heavy transport, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment
• Provide direct customer service and technical advice
• Make independent decisions on job execution
• Conduct electrical and air conditioning system diagnostics and repairs
• Ensure all work is completed correctly the first time
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate effectively with team members
